Recording artist Jennifer Lynne Bowen, artistically known as JENNY B is an energetic and charismatic singer/performer based out of San Antonio, TX. At a very young age, Jenny knew that the path of music was one she would follow to the stars!! With her family making waves in the 90's with their music careers in the Texas Tejano scene, she was always around music and the excitement that came with it. She looked up to many stars while growing up, one being the Queen herself, Selena Quintanilla-Perez. Through Selena, Jenny was able to learn not only how to be a great singer and performer but also how to be a humbled and loving artist with passion and drive to be the best.
In 2008, Jenny would release her first project with her family, a Spanish album called "Quince Cero Nueve". This album gave Jenny her first experience in the studio, and she has never looked back since. Jenny performed throughout the city of San Antonio performing along with her family until 2012. She graduated High School and was married with her husband Marshall. By 2015 she had her son Marshall Bowen II, which she took time away from music to focus on her family. But she could never bury her burning desire to make her singer dreams come true! In 2016, Jenny decided to do a solo career.
Doors began to open up for Jenny, leading her to work with upcoming producer Ryan "CLEFGOD" Welch. For the past 2 years, she has developed her sound within a mixture of pop and EDM. So many great shows came along for Jenny following the 2020 pandemic including performing the surrounding cities in Texas, headlining for San Antonio's 2021 Pride Festival and releasing her very first EP called "Stop Me" Followed by hit singles "Cant Have It" Featuring Los Angeles billboard artist Jasmine Crowe.
After recently giving birth to her second child, Jenny has been non-stop in the studio! She released her hot single "Hate on Me" along with the super dope music video as well. Wanting to connect back to her tejano roots, Jenny made a recent cross-over to Tejano Music and released her first spanish single called "Beso De Amor" Produced by tejano legend, Hugo Guerrero, released on July 22, 2022 on all platforms. Since then, Jenny has released another 3 songs, "volveras, "Vivras Selena", and most recently "Amarte A Ti". All have made it on multiple music charts and are being played on a Fm airwaves from the West to East Coast!
Jenny recently completed her first ever album called “Mujer Sensual” which is scheduled to be released February 2, 2024. It is a latin mixture of Tejano,. cumbia and reggaeton! “Mujer Sensual” meaning Sensual Woman in spanish, delivers sexy, confidence and power that every woman will want to embody!! This highly anticipated album will be the rise of the name JENNY B!
Jenny is currently an independent artist! Jenny has the complete love and support from her family and continues to push her career to fulfill her dream of being the best in the industry and taking care of her family. Her family is her main inspiration to keep her drive moving up to the top. Jenny is a HIGH ENERGY and diverse performer. She has worked very hard to become the talented star she is today and continues to grow both as an artist and person and WILL NOT STOP until she makes it to the top!!
